What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We are using ePacket as a shipping delivery method.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

We generally deliver all our orders within 10-15 working days after shipping the product There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which unfortunately are out of our control.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email in which we will include your tracking number and you will be able to track it on our Track Your Order page. If you did not receive this email, contact us at info@frenchiecloset.com or use our Contact Us page in the website.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

No , you don’t. You can simply place an order as a Guest and you will receive all information about your order on your email. If you have any questions you can email info@frenchiecloset.com

Do I need to pay any Duties and Taxes on top of my order?

The import duties are buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Frenchie Closet, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

I received a faulty or damaged item , what can I do?
